- All photography specific value package pricing is based on the average size home which takes our photographers an average of 1 hour to 1 & 1/2 hours of time to photograph. Additional time required is priced at additional $ 65 p/Hour.
- All measurements are taken with electronic measuring devices. CDI will measure the main rooms of the home only. For larger homes additional charges may apply.
- Highlights refers to basic features of main rooms only. If you have specific highlights you’d like to include you must email that text to us. Additional charges may apply for extensive highlights.
- All domains and web hosting accounts are good for 1 year from time of launch. After that, the site may be taken down without notice.
- All videos are uploaded to CDI’s YouTube account therefore are available for public viewing at all times.
- All domains will be provided by CDI and are hosted by CDI’s hosting provider. Optional custom domains are subject to provider pricing and availability.
- Our normal policies and procedures apply to all printed material in your value package.
- Client must provide ftp username and password for uploading files to own host. Client will need to get this information from hosting provider.
- All photos and text must be provided in digital format (Photos: jpg, gif, tif, pdf. Text: MS Word or Email)
- VP1 Turn around time GOALS: Brochures: Letter 2-3, Legal 3-4, Tabloid 4-5 working days. Video: 5-8 working days from video shoot date. New clients, please allow more time for template design.
- VP2 Turn around time GOALS: Allow 5 working days for photo shoot sheduling. Edited photos to client within 2-3 days of photo shoot. Brochures: Letter 2-3, Legal 3-4, Tabloid 4-5 working days from photo shoot date. Video 5-8 working days from video shoot date. New clients, please allow more time for template design.
