ORDERING PROCEDURE:
For first-time customers, please contact our office to place an order: 614.794.4379.  Otherwise, we are able to receive orders via email, phone, delivery or in person.  Clearly print all pertinent information including your name, company address and telephone number.

Drafts for proofreading are delivered for approval via email, fax or hand delivery. However, when drafts are hand delivered, the turn-around time can be delayed. Second drafts are offered by request. Once you have given your final approval and we have made all your changes you are financially responsible for the product.

Our printing pricing is based on premium paper and/or cardstock, however many other paper types and styles are available.

This proof is for your protection against inadvertent errors. Color and/or typesetting should be checked thoroughly and carefully. Your signature or verbal approval releases CDI, Inc. from any liability of typographic or other errors which should have been noted in the proofing stage.

Please mark changes and corrections directly on all proofs.

• OK to print with corrections (no revised proof is necessary)

The client is responsible for proofing all content. After the client has received this disclaimer, CDI is not responsible for errors.

DELIVERY POLICY:
Standard delivery days are Wednesday PM & Friday PM. Out-of-area clients will be required to pay postage for the final delivery of product. $8.00 delivery fee to the home within range. $10.00 delivery fee to homes with keypad access. Rush delivery will be charged at courier cost. $10.00+ delivery fee for non-standard or out-of-area deliveries. Product delivered upon payment for jobs exceeding $500.00.

All invoices received from CDI are due upon receipt.
Late penalty fees and interest will be assessed if invoices not paid within 30 days.

Color Design Innovations client information is strictly confidential.  We are committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality and privacy of your personal information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Once you have placed an order and the staff of CDI, Inc. has started or completed your draft, you are financially responsible for the time spent on your project up to the time of cancellation. We will send you two courtesy copies of the project as it is at the time of cancellation.
